A diagnostic that does not end in a report. We identify problems, prioritise opportunities and deliver a first concrete improvement in a real process.
Initial conversation · free: 45 minutes to understand the context, the process that weighs most and whether it makes sense to move forward. No commitment.
Impact Diagnostic · paid: Work with a defined scope, deliverables and a first improvement implemented. Proposal sent after the initial conversation.
What's included
Analysis of a limited set of processes, agreed at the start.
Interviews and observation of the work with the people involved.
Review of existing tools, data and access.
Prioritisation of opportunities by impact, effort and risk.
Implementation of a quick win in a real process.
Before-and-after measurement, where feasible.
Five steps
Discover: We understand how work is done today: people, steps, tools, data and waiting points.
Prioritise: We compare opportunities by impact, effort and risk and choose the quick win with you.
Execute: We implement the first improvement in a real process, with the team and within the agreed scope.
Measure: We compare before and after with the same method, whenever measurement is feasible.
Roadmap: We recommend the next steps and whether moving on to an Impact Sprint makes sense.
When a quick win is eligible
The first improvement is chosen together and must meet these criteria:
Low risk for operations and data.
Limited scope that fits within the diagnostic.
Access to the necessary tools, data and people, provided by the company.
Technical and organisational feasibility confirmed before starting.
An internal owner who validates and follows the change.
If it cannot be applied in production
Sometimes implementing directly in production is not safe or possible, for example because of system, security or access constraints. In those cases we run a controlled pilot or an equivalent process improvement, agreed with you before going ahead. We always say openly what was possible and why.
What you receive
A map of the processes analysed and where time is lost.
A list of prioritised opportunities, with impact, effort and risk.
One improvement implemented, or a controlled pilot, in a real process.
A before-and-after measurement record, where feasible.
A roadmap with the recommended next steps.
What is not included
Large-scale implementations or several processes at once. That is the role of the Impact Sprint.
Purchase of third-party licences or software.
Changes to critical systems without the company’s validation and access.
Guaranteed results or percentages set before the diagnostic.
Ongoing support after the diagnostic, available through Continuous Operations if it makes sense.
Investment
Scope and investment depend on the number of processes and their complexity. We send a proposal after the initial conversation.
Is the 45-minute conversation the diagnostic?
No. The initial conversation is free and helps us understand the context and whether it makes sense to move forward. The Impact Diagnostic is paid work, with its own scope, deliverables and proposal.
What kind of improvement can the quick win be?
A low-risk, limited-scope improvement in a real process, such as removing a manual step, bringing information into one place or automating a repetitive task. It is chosen with you once we know the process.
Do we have to use AI?
No. AI is an optional lever. We use it when the gain justifies the change and the risk is under control. Many improvements come from process, data and the tools you already have.
What if it cannot be implemented in production?
We run a controlled pilot or an equivalent process improvement, agreed before going ahead. We always explain what was possible and why.
What do we need to provide?
Time from the people involved in the process, access to the necessary tools and data, and an internal owner who validates decisions.
What happens after the diagnostic?
You receive a roadmap with next steps. If it makes sense, we propose an Impact Sprint for one priority process. The decision is always yours.
How much does it cost?
It depends on scope and complexity. We send a proposal after the initial conversation.
